WithinChina is a virtual China Purchasing Center for the customer, working for customer to perform relative purchasing activities on behalf of the customer.

WithinChina is an outsourcing service provider, does not have right or be authorized to make any decision or make any commitment to any suppliers or other interested party.

WithinChina has to take full responsibility in case any improper or illegal or unauthorized behavior by WithinChina leads to any economical losses for the customer.

WithinChina only benefits from the service cost paid by the customer, shall not make any money from suppliers, logistics and other business parties.

WithinChina has to do his endeavors to offer better service for the customer and have continuous improvement on his system, to protect customer's interest and reputation in the market.

Contract for "China Purchasing Center" validates for one year, upon mutual agreement, can be extended for another one year. The customer has the right to stop the contract in a short notice for whatever reasons and asks WithinChina to refund the relative prepaid costs.

The monthly cost for "China Purchasing Center" service is USD2,000, to be paid every three months starting from the contract date.

The travelling costs arising from the necessary trips for the customer to be for customer's account, to be paid as per actual invoices monthly. WithinChina shall prepare a budget for each travel in advance for customer's confirmation, cost saving is a principle while RMB200 per night max as lodging, RMB50 per man-day max as foods, and public transportation like bus and train shall be considered as priority.

WithinChina shall keep all information about customers' business as top confidential, shall never release those to anyone else.

In case a special training for WithinChina team is necessary, WithinChina shall offer place and necessary assistance for the customer to have training program in China, or agrees to send people to customer's place for the training. The costs for the training to be for customer's account, but to be refunded to the customer when the ?China Purchasing Center ?service has been used for 3 years.
