Service Dept.
All staffs working in our Service dept. were highly educated and well trained, they have years of experience with foreign customers, perfect communication skills in English, German, French, Spanish and Russian, they focus on customers'demands and interest and do their endeavors to guarantee complete satisfaction for our customers.

Sourcing Dept.
They are usually beyond customers'approach, and specialized in the products and supplier sourcing in China, and deal with supplier audit strictly. All of them received world-class training according to comprehensive programs of CIPS (The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply) for Purchasing and Supply management.

They have wide contacts with numerous producers and suppliers in the industries we are standing, they are familiar with different prevailing quality systems like ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14000 and QS9000 etc., they contribute to our intensive supplier database and are always ready to audit supplier according to customer’s request.

Quality Management Dept.
They are loyal, impartial, diligent and professional with inspection, they are your trustful eyes with quality. They know what the quality the customers meant, and they know the proper way to do inspection. They are our basic engineers and inspectors working at our strategic offices around China like Shanghai,Nantong, Suzhou, Dalian,Hefei,Wuhan , Ningbo, Wenzhou, Qingdao, Tianjin and Canton.

Technical Dept.
We are especially proud of our technical dept., without their supports and knowledge on products and technology, we can not support our customers in a technical way. Our experienced engineers have been specialized in industrial production for at least 20 years, they are professional at raw material, heat treatment, surface coating and various processing technologies like stamping, forging, cold/hot forming, turning, threading, machining, cold/hot extruding, sinter powdering, die-casting, investment-casting, plastic injection, vacuum forming, rubber vulcanization etc. Most of our premium members really enjoy working with them and appreciate their suggestion and solutions.

Commercial Dept.
They are all having rich experience on export business for at least 5 years, they focus on customers and take charge of “order management" for customers, as well as serve premium members by assisting them with commercial consultation and solution.

Testing Lab.
In order to facilitate various inspection for customers, we established our own testing laboratory in Nantong city, performing tests like raw material, hardness, tensile strength, torque, dimensions, and surface coating etc.. We will have more testing machineries in the near future.

Logistics Dept.
They are professional at transportation, Custom Clearance and port affairs, taking advantage of wide contacts with airlines and carriers as well as their shipping agents at main ports around the world, they can help customers to get the cargoes in a fast and cheapest way to any destination.
